This return policy (“Return Policy”) set out the terms on which you may return products purchased from us on our website. The Return Policy will apply to all orders you make from our website. 2. Your rights to end the contract and Return the products

Returning a product because you’ve changed your mind:

2.1 For most products bought from us online, you have a legal right to change your mind about your purchase within a 14-day cooling off period and receive a refund of what you paid for it, including standard delivery costs. The cooling off period starts when the contract is formed and ends fourteen (14) days after the day on which you have received all products forming part of your order. This right to return a product because you’ve changed your mind does not affect your legal rights if there is something wrong with your product (see “Cancelling the contract because there is something wrong with your product” below for more information).

2.2 Unless you’ve purchased a personalised product (see “Products you can’t return just because you’ve changed your mind” below for more information), you can change your mind about the product for any reason and receive a refund as long as you let us know and send off the product to us no later than 30 days after the day we deliver it. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us. We recommend using a tracked courier service when returning any products to us. If we do not receive the product back from you, we may be unable to process your return and refund. All products should be returned to us in their original packaging, should still contain all original tags and, in the case of clothing, should be unworn. If you have changed your mind about a product and wish to instead purchase a replacement product, you will need to follow the return process as set out in this Return Policy and then purchase the replacement product in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2.3 If you’d like to return a product because you’ve changed your mind, it is usually quickest to let us know by logging in to your account, selecting the relevant order and confirming your reason for return. Once our customer sales team has confirmed your return request, you will need to fill out the return form which can be found here. Alternatively, you can use the cancellation form at the bottom of this Returns Policy, but this is optional.

2.4 If you handle the product in a way which would not be acceptable in a physical store, we reserve the right to reduce your refund to compensate us for its reduced value. For example, we may reduce your refund if the product's condition is not "as new", price tags have been removed, the packaging is damaged or accessories are missing. In some cases, because of the way you have treated the product, no refund may be due. Our Customer Support Team can advise you on whether we're likely to reduce your refund (see the contact information set out in section 3).

2.5 If you are returning a product because you’ve changed your mind, the maximum refund for delivery costs will be the cost of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer. This means that it if you have paid for express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.

2.6 If you are returning a product because you’ve changed your mind, we will process your refund within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us. Once your return has been processed, we will send you a notification email to the same email address used during the ordering process. Refunds will be made to your original payment method.

Products you can’t return just because you’ve changed your mind:

2.7 As personalised products are unique to you, you do not have a right to change your mind and receive a refund in respect of any products that have been made to your specification or are clearly personalised, such as where the products are tailor-made or you have requested that they contain a name or initials.

2.8 Although you cannot return certain products just because you’ve changed your mind, this does not affect your legal rights if there is something wrong with your product (see “Cancelling the contract because there is something wrong with your product” below for more information)

Cancelling the contract because of something we’ve done or are going to do:

2.9 If you want to cancel your contract because of something we’ve done or are going to do, for example, because we’ve told you there is going to be a substantial delay to the delivery of your product or because you have a legal right to cancel the contract because of something we have done wrong, we will refund you in full for your purchase (including full delivery costs).

2.10 Please let us know if you want to cancel the contract because of something we’ve done or are going to do by contacting us using the contact information at section 1.

2.11 If you cancel your contract because of something we’ve done or are going to do, but the product has already been dispatched or delivered to you, please notify us as soon as possible and we will discuss the next steps, including to make arrangements for returning the product to us.

2.12 If you cancel your contract because of something we’ve done or are going to do, any refund due will be made to your original payment method within 14 days after the date that you cancel the contract or, if the product has been delivered to you, within 14 days after the date you have returned the product to us. If we do not receive the product back from you, we may be unable to process your return and refund.

Cancelling the contract because there is something wrong with your product:

2.13 We have a legal duty to provide products that conform with the contract. If you think there is something wrong with your product, please contact us using the contact information at section 1. We honour our legal duty to provide you with products that are as described to you on our website and that meet all the requirements imposed by law. If you are based in the UK, advice about your legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed products is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau (www.citizensadvice.org.uk/) or Trading Standards office (www.gov.uk/find-local-trading-standards-office).

2.14 If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject a product, you must contact us as soon as possible and to confirm if you would like to receive a refund or a replacement product. Our customer sales team will ask you to provide evidence of the issue with your product.

2.15 If you are entitled to a refund or replacement product (as indicated by you) because something is wrong with the original product, our customer sales team will advise whether the original product needs to be returned to us. If you advise us that you would like a refund for the product, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you in relation to the affected product, including all delivery charges. Any refund due to you will be made to your original payment method and will be made within 14 days after the date that we receive the relevant product back from you (if we confirm to you that the product needs to be returned to us) or after the date on which you inform us of the issue in accordance with this Return Policy (if we confirm that you do not need to return the item to us). If you advise us that you would like a replacement product, we will send to you the replacement product (at no cost to you) in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale (available here).

Who pays for the cost of returns:

2.16 If you are required to return products, we will pay the costs of the return if:

(a) the products are faulty, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied;

(b) you are ending the contract because we’ve told you there is going to be a substantial delay to the delivery of your products; or

(c) you are ending the contract because you have a legal right to do so as a result of something we have done wrong.

2.17 Where you are returning the products for reasons set out in section 2.17, we will reimburse you for the costs of the return in accordance with section 2.16 upon receipt of a valid delivery cost receipt sent by you to us at the contact details provided at section 1 of this Returns Policy.

2.18 Where you are returning the products for reasons not set out in section 2.17, including where you are returning a product because you’ve changed your mind, you must pay the costs of return.
